Product introduction:
1. Material: Glass and PET.
2. Storage temperature: 4-30 °C.
3. Shelf life: Glass tube is 2 years, PET tube is 3 years.
4. Vacuum blood collection tubes are applicable to the clinical blood test and suitable for the blood cells analysis.
5. The tube inwall is very slippy, the blood specimen will not suspend on the tube inwall.
6. The internal walls of the tubes are coated with different additives designed to stabilize and preserve the specimen prior to analytical testing.
7. Attention: Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times.
1) Withdraw Blood and Prepare PRP
A. Fill PRP tubes with patient’s blood.
B. Soon after the sampling,turn the tube 180o upside down,shaking and mixing 6-8 times.
2) Centrifugation
A. The blood is then placed in a centrifuge for 5 minutes at 1500g.Place tubes opposite each other to balance.
B. Blood will fractionate. PRP(Platelet-Rich Plasma) will be on top and red blood cells and white blood cells at bottom,the platelet poor plasma is discarded.Concentrated platelets are collected into a Sterile Syringe.
3) Aspirate PRP
A. Right after Centrifugation,to aspirate the PRP. Be sure not to draw up the Red Blood Cells.
B. Collecting all platelet rich plasma and ready to inject to patients.
